Information we collect

We collect information you choose to submit, including member email addresses, optional phone numbers, prayer requests, community posts, and uploaded pictures.

How information is used

Member information supports weekly ministry updates. Prayer-request contact information is visible only to authorized administrators and is used for requested ministry follow-up.

Prayer confidentiality

Prayer requests are never published automatically. Please avoid submitting another person’s private medical, legal, financial, or identifying information without permission.

Pictures and community posts

Only upload pictures you own or have permission to share. Administrators may review, hide, or remove content to protect the community.

Your choices

Contact Covenant Sisters to update or remove your membership information, stop weekly updates, or request removal of content you submitted.
